Gathering in Our Danger
We sat on our porches
Aug 3, 2021
We sat on our porches
covered our faces,
fossil glow, deck chairs
on the top deck,
our ocean of humanity
& we made time for each other.
We stayed on that wood
in the wind, sometimes sun,
protected
& familiar with our cold.
